Linkwood 2008

A light touch of Pedro Ximenez, only 10 months, to give a slightly winey and fruity touch to this classic Speysider. The result is delicate and very balanced, with the fresh, dry, flowery and spicy character of the distillate fully retained. The influence of the PX cask is evident in a hint of chestnut honey, in the delicately winey nose, and in the amplification of fruity notes: peaches, blood oranges, raisins and nuts.
