Sherry Cask Malt

Bronze Medal at Tokyo Whisky & Spirits 2019

For this release, we have tried to recreate our favourite profile with a blend of three single malts from prestigious Scottish distilleries: one is richer, one is drier, and one is spicier. The three single malts complete each other, and the blend is matured in sherry casks to enhance its fruity and sweet aromas and its fragrant and velvety style: as usual for Sherry Cask Malt, it is meant to be an easy drinking whisky with complexity and delicate nuances. A young and fresh whisky, but already perfectly mature, with slightly winey and raisiny notes. The finale is particularly dry and clean, in an “old-fashioned” style.
