Sherry Cask Malt

This new edition of our well known entry-level Speyside malt retains all the fragrant and rich aromas of past releases (malt, honey, dried fruits, apples, apricots, candied oranges), but we think that this time we surpassed ourselves. Our painstaking selection of the most appropriate casks, and a careful vatting to achieve superior balance and drinkability, led to what is probably our favourite Sherry Cask Malt of recent years. Its profile is now cleaner, purer, more focused, similar to the understated elegance of a certain well known young sherry matured Speysider which was very popular decades ago before the distillery discontinued it, and which is still sought after by collectors nowadays. As usual, a delicious bargain bottling!
